dry noodle with egg + luncheon meat

cooked myself noodle with korean ham and egg yesterday morning breakfast...easy to cook, woke up at 0445hrs in the morning and took me 30mins to complete them. still got sometime left for me to shower and get ready for work before train starts at 0600hrs. of course i share this with my colleagues/friends, cant eat all of em....not sure if it tasted good for them but for me it is satisfying....

ingredients:
1. cintan noodles (comes with 10 pieces in a packet)
2. korean luncheon meat (i prefer korean)
3. white pepper
4. sesame oil
5. normal oil (cap knife..etc) for frying egg n luncheon meat. i re-use that to mix them with noodle
6. egg
7. lee kum kei oyster sauce (with scalop..goes well with noodle)
8. hak yau (dark thick caramel sauce)
