dry noodle with egg + luncheon meat

cooked myself noodle with korean ham and egg yesterday morning breakfast...easy to cook, woke up at 0445hrs in the morning and took me 30mins to complete them. still got sometime left for me to shower and get ready for work before train starts at 0600hrs. of course i share this with my colleagues/friends, cant eat all of em....not sure if it tasted good for them but for me it is satisfying....

ingredients:
1. cintan noodles (comes with 10 pieces in a packet)
2. korean luncheon meat (i prefer korean)
3. white pepper
4. sesame oil
5. normal oil (cap knife..etc) for frying egg n luncheon meat. i re-use that to mix them with noodle
6. egg
7. lee kum kei oyster sauce (with scalop..goes well with noodle)
8. hak yau (dark thick caramel sauce)

free bike ride

having breakfast with colleagues/bros and we were talking about the oBike apps. didn't think much about it and we all downloaded the app. couple of registration and all set to go. after our breakfast we quickly head to the oBike parking area (just infront of our usual hangout breakfast place) and scan the QR code (using bluetooth to communicate with bike) and it will then unlocked the bike. registration was pretty simple straight forward. in the app there's this map where you can park your bike when you're done with it so in our case it is just nearby our office...the idea is good and yeah will definitely use it more often if i have the chance...pretty convenient to travel around in short distance.

was chilling at starbucks today with my friends during lunch and was talking about how you get drunk or whats your level of drunkenness? have you ever get so drunk that you just drop down n passed out? everyone talk about their own experiences (back then when we was once young)...."tonight, we are young, set the world on fire, make it brighter!" that song just come out from my mind (by FUN group)....

anywayz there is once i was almost knocked out, very high and so drunk....but did not pass out....lots of alcohol (JD, champagne, wine, beer.........) i was so drunk that i can't even unlock my own mobile pass code...the night was pretty awesome and everyone was having a great time..all this was happening in a house. pretty sure we didnt disturb the neighbors....after that night (some weeks later....) we decided to have another round...this time we do it in penang (also cari cari makan) yeah!

weight lost

it's been 6 mths since i started to trim down my weight...cut off loads of carbs (sometimes curi x2 makan :))...exercise by doing running, nothing extreme...just 3km ++ twice a week sometimes once..20 mins run, a little weight lifting nothing extreme... result i lost 13kg...it's a slow process but it works for me..

i also look up to some youtube vids for exercise that you can do at home..which pretty convenient for me..i don't have the luxurious to go gym twice a week (even i wanted to) or some sports i would like to do on weekends...home workout is the best i got right now..search on youtube there are tons of workout you can find..

spicy ramen noodle

tried the spicy noodle from south korea. open the container inside you'll find 2 mall package (sauce & seaweed with sesame seed. u got to have some greens). packaging looks nice with comic drawing of a hen and some Korean writing. it tasted good, the spicy part is not too bad either, felt like a dentist giving you injection to your gum.....if you can withstand that i guess you don't have a problem with this... :)

Ok anyone had instant noodle before should know how to cook it...but for those who doesn't here are the steps :

1. peel off the top cover about 1/3 of the way (don't peel it all off)
2. take out the packages inside
3. pout hot water till covers the noodles (boiling prefer) for 5mins
4. close back the cover so to prevent heat getting out
6. after 5mins pour all hot water out (peel off the cover)
7.  mix the 2 package into the soft springy noodle

drawing....

there was a time i learned how to draw, love arts and crafts...after form 5 i wasn't pretty sure what i'm suppose to do..i had no ambition at that time 😓... well went to few places (college) check out their facilities and see whats interest me..at the end i suppose i wanted to go into GD (graphic design), well it is some form of art (i think). long story short, 6 months there and out to computer studies....and that's where my naturally inspirited art left me...it is no longer in my soul...

fwd to present....

i suppose my love of drawing slowly crawling back from the pit of darkness i dumped more than 2 decade ago. it is a way to relax my mind and soul...i'll get very inspirational the more i do it...felt good. when i put my drawing behind me the last time, i always had this perspective way of looking at things or imagining it differently in art form sub-consciously...my love of drawing didn't left me completely it was there with me the whole time. i was suppressing it the whole time....
