subang run 2007 - 10km

4.15am - toot, t00t, toot (sms frm ahsiong)...zzzzz..ZzzZZzZZz.....what the heck!? message said : berak pagi. uggghh...went back to sleep...ZzzZzzzzZ. woke at 0515hrs and did my usual morning thing. half an hour later, speed off to get into mpsj stadium at subang. ahsiong and ahlam arrived earlier and was waiting for me. registered myself and waiting for the run to begin at 0730hrs. was raining slightly but stop before the run begin. everyone was excited at the starting line up and eager to launch themselves off.

the run was pretty crowded during starting (as usual). ahsiong already nitro boost at the start so left ahlam and i was running at the very slow pace. the very first left turn i told ahlam we should be getting a little bit more pace this time. ok, im not sure whether he heard me right as in "little". he turbo off like a skyline gtr as if i were driving my tiara (hahaha). well, although i didn't finish before 60mins it was a fun run. clocked 75mins.

a million bucks?! not much but it helps :D continue working whatever i am doing rite now. invest in some guarantee return funds, fixed deposit, some small side business..etc..which one? all of them? perhaps. but nevertheless, i'll spend it with the one i treasure and love always.

some ppl asked me where do i cycle? well, i has couple of route's and this one is just at my neighborhood. some hills to climb and not really hard. if you maintain 25-30km/h you can complete the whole round in 10-15mins? or less... :D

inspirational

went into youtube and was looking for "lance armstrong" cycling moments. well, this is the best youtube i ever seen. very inspirational and motivating. lesson is "never give up!" on whatever you do even you're down.

well the drug test didn't show up well for him..aih..
